Four Nine One

Four - that's how many weeks old I am today!

Nine - that's how many pounds I weigh today!

One - that's the number of times I've pooped in 40 hours. Mommy had to call the doctor and she got scary instructions for how to fix me. So scary, that just hearing her talk about it finally made me poop!

Daddy's Trip

Daddy had to go out of town last night leaving me and Mommy by ourselves. Luckily Aunt Gretchen did not think Mommy should be alone and she came to stay with us. Thanks Gretchen from me, but mostly from Mommy!

Bath Time

I am getting better with my baths. Now, instead of screaming until my bottom lip trembles, I relax and enjoy the warm water. This is my blue bear towel that Miss Donna sent me!

Tummy Time

We have about 5 - 10 minutes of tummy time a day. I do pretty well. I can move my head from one side to the other and kick my legs really hard. This is me having a little tummy time.

Monday Night Football

It just now dawned on Mommy that she is permanently outnumbered. Monday night football is on and Will got a vote. The only other girl in our house, Harley, did not! Mommy either needs to learn to like football or she is going to have to find a way to get Will to vote with her every now and then. I cannot spend the next twenty years watching fishing and football with interspersed episodes of Deadliest Catch!

Swinging

I spend a lot of time in the swing that Aunt Cara found for me. I really, really like it. It puts me to sleep like crazy!

This week!

This week I have been spending a lot of time hanging out in my swing. I think it is my favorite place. Thank goodness Aunt Cara bought it for me!!

I also spend more time with my eyes open and looking around. If you catch me just right, I will stare at you for a good long time!

New Overalls

I got new overalls from some friends of my Nonna and Pawpaw. They invited me to come feed the cows and ride the tractor. I can't go yet, but soon!!!

Found my Thumb!

I just found my thumb. It works just like my pacifier, but it is attached to me! What a great day!!

Visits with Laurie and Kelby

Laurie and Kelby came over to help Mommy and Daddy eat some of the food that people keep bringing us. They had roast, enchiladas, spaghetti and spinach salad. Oh yeah, and pecan pie bars that GodTwilley made. Yet again, I just got milk!!

Visitors

Yesterday, Grandpa and Grandma Cunningham came to see me. They brought a roast for dinner and all I got was formula again!! Today, Laura Twilley came to see me. She is going to be my Godmother, so I get to call her "Godtwilley". I also got to meet the Davis' and the Dangs. They brought Matthew to meet me too. He is sooo big. It is going to take me a long time to be as big as he is!

Easy Day

It is Friday and Will slept really well last night so we all feel better. Yesterday, my Mom and Dad and sister, Cara left, so we have been on our own for 24 hours.

He is hanging out in his swing - just doing great. We are getting into a rhythm with each other and doing really well. Here are a few of my favorit shots...

Will's First Bath

Will just got his first "at home" bath. I don't know who had it worse: Will or Mommy! He started crying because he did not want to be wet which made me cry. It is a miracle that anyone is actually clean. (He is - clean, by the way. I just wish your computer screen was scratch-n-sniff so that you could smell the top of his head, too).

We gave Will his first "at home" bath today. I don't know who had it worse: Will or Mommy. Will starting crying because he didn't like being wet and that made me start crying. It is amazing anyone got clean!!

First Doctor Visit

We had our first doctor's visit today. He has still not dropped any of his birth weight, which is great news. Also, the doctor said all of his tests from the hospital were excellent! We knew he was perfect...

Baby Will Comes home

We got to take Will home from the hospital on Monday, August the 3rd, just two days after he had been born. He made it all the way from College Station to Houston without waking up. The first thing we did was let Daddy rock him in his glider

Baby Will is born

Baby William Zachary Bisson has arrived! He was born at 8:39 on August 1st after hours and hours of labor by his sweet birth mom.

He weighed 7 lbs and 3 ounces and was 20 inches long. He is the most beautiful thing ever!

It is almost 8:00 and we are still waiting on baby to arrive at the College Station Medical Center. We have been hanging out in the labor and delivery waiting room for
